SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Please note that every custom-made or out-of-stock order will take around 3 to 4 weeks to be tailored and between 3 to 4 days to be delivered on EU and UK territory –  15 to 20 days for the US.

Returns are possible only within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. However, bear in mind that to be eligible for a refund, shoes must be unused and in the same condition you received them in and, not to mention, returned in their original packaging. When returning any order, please also note that shipping costs will be at your own expenses.

Once we receive it, the returned item will be subject to inspection. You will be notified as soon as SuAli approves the status of your returned item and immediately informed on whether or not you will be eligible for refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the same card or payment method used to make the original purchase. Credit will then generally be received after 3 to 5 working days or accordingly to your card issuer’s policies.

Refunds will cover 100% of any in-stock shoes price and 50% of any custom-made pair.

Average Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the destination of the order.

Italy and France: € 12.
EU (other than Italy and France): € 18,00.
UK and USA: € 25,00.
Other International shipping: € 40,00.


IMPORTANT – For deliveries outside the EU, SuAli will not be responsible for any extra customs duty or taxes that may occur. Please note we cannot control or prevent any delay, so bear with us in case of any delivery delay. If the fees are not paid and the package is sent back to SuAli Swing Shoes, any cost charged to our account to recover the package will be deducted from your  refund.

All indicated prices of the products include VAT and any other taxes that may correspond except the Shipping Costs that will be indicated on the payment page.
